There is nothing that we cannot do in the Hunter! This style of wine is only produced in certain vintages when the conditions allow. The wine is so named die to the blocks proximity to the dam on the northern side of the 'Hill'. Picture marinating a lamb shoulder in two glasses of this, while sipping on a glass yourself of course, and enjoying the plum jam aromas as it roasts. This offers a delicate tannin structure with a beautiful balance of oak and the traditional Hunter Valley earthiness. Enjoy all the time.
