2017 'SHAREHOLDERS' SHIRAZ

The Shareholders Shiraz was first produced in 2003 with help of a few friends who made a valuable contribution. This wine is full bodied displaying ripe berry flavours, a subtle hint of spice and those traditional Hunter earthy, savoury characteristics. These flavours are enhanced by maturation in new and old French and American oak barrels and the tannins are fine and smooth.

Cellaring

Enjoy now or be rewarded for cellaring to 6 years.

Food Pairing

It is a great accompaniment to seared rump of kangaroo or aged Angus beef. Additionally, excellent with seared rump of kangaroo, Peking duck or a big fat T-bone on the BBQ!
